i take it...

ur experimenting wif watever ur using?
interesting way of doing it the blending was nice to listen to, around the "just right" level of not overwhelming

though its a bit repetitive and the ending note is a tad long

hmmm, will surely be glad to see more of ur stuff :)

cheerios~

EvilChuckle responds:

Yes, I'm just starting to get used to .mid to .mp3 conversion. Most of the programs I tried were useless, so I checked the forums and found fruit loops, which was great. Thanks for the review!

very well made

thou i would beg to differ on some parts :3

the piano chords near the beginning seems a bit rough, this sounds a delicate piece, so balance is a must, thou u correct it near the end

as for other parts, superb, u kept the theme running

an instrument does *not* nessessary hav to play its ypical role X], wonder how many ppl hugged the ground after hearing this :p
cheerios~

MaestroSorrow responds:

For the people who hugged the ground... i'm sorry... the ground tastes horrible, I should know...

I didn't think the piece should be all delicate, I mean, graves are rarely a place for rest as it would suggest. There is always turmoil around them near the beginning, no?

Thanks for the review Lone, means a good deal to me ^^.

ahh...

...no, that was not wat it could've sound like *ahem*

hmmm, i feel sad, i just *had* to be on music tour starting on 12th........(*aiyaaa*)

great, those small lil changes realli did wonders to it ^^

just one thing, i tink the bells can be just a lil more pronounced and the horns sumtime get a bit loud

other then that, alls perfect

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

(pssssst, like the twist u put in near the ending ;))

cheerios~~~~~

MaestroSorrow responds:

awesome, thanks for Lone. Enjoy your tour, take pictures, send to places, mainly me.

You know I had forgotten I put bells in this piece... I always get so damn excited by them!

Will do Lone, thanks for the review and words. Once again, enjoy the tour.

standing ovation

*applauses and cheers from a distant, not being able to do anything*

well done :)

cheerios~

MaestroSorrow responds:

thanks Lone, now give me a few more submissions from you so I can do the same ^^.

We'll miss u :) hope u come back soon~

hope u come back soon, u'll be sadly missed :')

bounasera, matrice a musica~, best wishes :)

-=zenon=-: if u tell him to get better sounds, might as well tell him to buy a new keyboard...

cheerios~ for one last time, and good luck out there

*waves* 5/5 it is :)

MilkMan-Dan responds:

You sir... have been a very commited and loyal reviewer. Always with a kind word and perhaps a helpful hint here and there. Your one of the reasons I wish I could write more.

I'll need all the luck I can get mate.

Thankyou... for all the 5's... and every letter... of every word you've ever given me.

:S hmm

im at a lost to comment :x, but i agree wif generalleo on the hihat , dats about it :x

n cant believe that was 1 mb..............was quite a bit O,o

cheerios~glad u still hav time to make stuff

MaestroSorrow responds:

always have time to make stuff!

Its the very meaning of life indeed.

I'll have to ask around, maybe I really do need to get new earphones/sound card.

Thanks for the review Lone, means a lot ^^.

musta been hard :3

coz the static (?) made me turn down a lil
the tuning's a bit weird, but then again, always sumthin new every day~
oh! and i dont realli kno if that ending is "winning" or u just broke the stereotype? :p

cheerios, this left me dazed , great finger work :p

MilkMan-Dan responds:

Hey bud,

Yah... this was... mmm... difficult... that's why it takes me longer and longer to write my music... I went from writing stuff in a half hour... to at least taking 2 or 3 hours. Please bare in mind... this copy of the song was reduced in quality for Newgrounds... the good copy sounds much cleaner and without and distortion. If you want it... send me an email or talk to me on msn and I'll be happy to send it to u. :)... cheers mate.

heh

soz i took so long, my comp exploded, took 4 days :S

anyhow, review!!!!
sounds like the other side of "a kingdom for alan"
malachonic (spellll) but sum screeching or static :S

the melody is nice ^^ as usual, is it a flute? :D
u bell freak! ever heard of withdrawal XD

its great, nice use of choir, but sumthins wrong wif it :x dunno where

nice ending :p gives it a big touch of realism for me

so far so good, oh yea, watch my compu-explo-jitsu go!!

cheerios~ keep it up :p

MaestroSorrow responds:

I love bells, and hate those who hate them!

There was screeching in there, and I fuzzed it up to make it seem like staticy screaming. War is never a clear, easy thing to understand.

I will never stop with the bells, though I did kinda go... overboard with them this time. Sorry >_>.

Thanks for the review man.

heh, dropped by to say hello?

nice way of doing it :), loved every bit of it

is this an experiment? it cuts off suddenly :x was hoping for more (just like most of ur songs :p)

u should considering working after uni as a sound engineer/composer :P im sure all kindsa ppl will fight for it

speakin of which, how is it? learned any ninjitsu u can spare us? :p

cheerios~ all the best

MaestroSorrow responds:

I learned a lot of Uni Ninjitsu, the kinds of which only GODS dream of. Such as "Format-your-harddrive" ninjitsu... unfortunatly you'll only see me doing it once ^^.

Thank you for your words Lone, I dropped by, and will be coming back soon, I look forward to that day. Until then, I have another month to struggle.

hahahhaha

i like all variations, this is nice :p wasnt expecting the snare near the middle :p

love the guitar ^_______________________^ that background, eerie sounds more like a haunted house thou :x

slightly repetitive, but well done
cheerios

WinTang responds:

You loved the guitar?! I'm curious what you thought was a guitar... lol :)
But thanks a lot for the review and the high marks.
"Slightly repetitive", yeah, I can imagine that, but have you heard the original lately? It's only 6 bars long!! XD
